...free agency makes NFL GMs absolutely fucking CRAY CRAY.
1. Carl Lawson - $15 million per year
2. Trey Hendrickson - $15 million per year
3. Matt Judon - $14 million per year
4. Bud Dupree - $17 million per year (with a torn ACL!) And plenty of others.
A shit ton of players got overpaid on the first day.
And the Indianapolis Colts GM CHRIS BALLARD sat, watched and CHILLED. Chuckling to himself and ready to PIMP the hell out of free agency once again for the 5th straight year of his tenure.
Why? Why's he so content to wait and bargain shop for 2nd and even third-tier free agents while the other teams scoop up the top free agents...
